Custom Film Products

CTI develops custom film products for food packaging, medical and commercial applications. The products we develop and produce include high-barrier films, often multi-layered, using nylon, polyester, polyethylene and polypropylene. For our customers and clients, we assist with product development and recommend materials based on customer-specific applications. We provide all significant production services needed, including lamination, coating, surface printing, perforation, slitting/rewinding and pouch conversion.

Our services and capacities:

Film Lamination/Extrusion Coating.

We provide state-of-the-art lamination and extrusion coating services utilizing a variety of film structures, including nylon, polyester, polyethylene and polypropylene.

Flexographic Printing

We operate six and eight color presses for surface printing on roll stock. We utilize the latest in water-based computerized ink technology creating excellent images using an environmentally responsible method.

Creative Design.

Our experienced creative staff can provide a full range of artwork or revise existing artwork, using a fully computerized graphic arts system.

Film/Plates.

We process artwork to films and ultimately to photopolymer printing plates. Much of this work is accomplished internally on a cost-effective basis.

Conversion.

We have the capability to convert any of our film products to bags, containers or pouches to our customer’s design and specification.
